The Asian section is the smallest and newest section of the Zoo. The animals living in the Asian section include:

Amur tigers (Panthera tigris altaica) live in the far East Russia. This species’ population is endangered.

Barn owls (Tyto alba) live nearly worldwide. This species’ population is of least concern.
